Overview of the three truu warranty models care blue, silver and gold including scope of services, covered component groups and prices. Supplemented by the truu check-up as a warranty rescue service.

Our truu water filter systems are designed and built to have a far above-average lifespan in order to produce the purest, most original water. All the systems need for this are annual filter replacements. As a manufacturer, we then provide a unique warranty through different warranty models, which can even cover all parts – for up to 30 years.

truu care gold. Complete protection for just 88,- €/year

truu care. Definitely the right protection.

truu care blue. The automatic warranty. — With the purchase of a truu high-end filter system, you secure the two-year statutory warranty on all components, inside and out. This warranty applies without restriction, provided that the pre-filters are replaced once a year and any necessary repairs or relocations are carried out by a certified truu technician.

truu care silver. Probably the longest warranty in the world. — You can obtain a warranty of up to 30 years on your truu system. This warranty, voluntarily offered by truu, includes all stainless steel components, lines, connections, fittings and the megamembrane. The only requirement: an annual pre-filter replacement performed either by yourself or by a certified truu technician or through our relocation and repair service by our certified truu technicians.

truu care gold. The most comprehensive truu protection. — With truu care gold protection, you are truly prepared for all eventualities. For a low annual contribution, the warranty also protects the parts that are not covered by the truu care silver warranty for the entire duration of the warranty period. You can always conclude truu care gold in combination with a new filter replacement.

Certified truu check-up. The warranty rescue service.

It can happen: you miss a filter replacement or a contractually scheduled maintenance. But no problem, because for a one-time fee we send our service employees to you, who will catch up on this as quickly as possible and restore your system to a warranty-eligible condition. And then you can protect yourself optimally again for a one-time 248,- €¹.
