The price for the upgrade is always the surcharge on the current valid price of the product. If the retrofit takes place as part of a filter change, we even give you the service technician's labor time for free. This way you can be sure to enjoy perfect truu original water. The upgrade promise always applies to all products in a product line.
Product types and model series with the same quality
The upgrade guarantee always applies to a product type and its model series. An upgrade cannot be claimed for new model series. Likewise, if truu makes changes within a model series in the process or in individual components and the water quality is not affected. We thus ensure that your water quality always remains equally good or improves. Promised!
